At ClientsPlace, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription. By subscribing to ClientsPlace, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ClientsPlace is sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorized Merchant of Record. All payments, refunds, and chargebacks are processed by Paddle on our behalf.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription to ClientsPlace. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- The refund applies only to the first paid billing cycle on a new account
- Refunds are not available for previously refunded accounts that resubscribe
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months of service. You may cancel an annual subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund available under the money-back guarantee.
- After 14 days: No prorated refunds for unused months. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which it will not auto-renew.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
- Within 14 days of first purchase: Full refund available under the money-back guarantee.
- Subsequent monthly charges: No prorated refunds for partial months. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid month.
5. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Renewals of subscriptions beyond the initial 14-day window
- Add-ons, one-time charges, or usage-based fees that have already been consumed
- Subscriptions purchased under promotional discounts or free-trial conversions where the discount terms explicitly exclude refunds
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team within the eligible timeframe:

- Please include:
- The email address associated with your ClientsPlace account
- The transaction ID or invoice number from Paddle
- Reason for the refund (helps us improve)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Cancellation Without Refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation:
- Stops future automatic renewals
- Allows continued access until the end of the current paid billing period
- Does not generate an automatic refund of the current period unless you also qualify under the 14-day guarantee
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@clientsplace.com before initiating a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate billing issue.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in your account being suspended pending resolution, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email at least 14 days in advance.
