What integrations do
Integrations connect ClientsPlace to the tools you already use so data flows both ways. For example, invoices you create in ClientsPlace automatically appear in QuickBooks. Calendar events booked through your portal show up in Google Calendar.
Browse the marketplace
- Go to Apps → Marketplace
- Browse by category (Accounting, Calendar, CRM, Communication, Payments)
- Click an integration to see what it does and what data it syncs
- Click "Connect"
Connect accounting (QuickBooks or Xero)
- Search for "QuickBooks" or "Xero"
- Click Connect and authorize via OAuth
- Map your ClientsPlace chart of accounts to your accounting accounts
- Pick sync direction (one-way or two-way)
- Optionally backfill historical invoices
Warning: Backfilling creates duplicate entries if those invoices already exist in your accounting tool. Only backfill for new accounting setups.
Connect your calendar
Calendar integration lets clients self-schedule meetings through your portal or booking links, with automatic confirmations and reminders.
- Go to Apps → Calendar → Connect Google or Microsoft
- Authorize the calendar(s) you want to use
- Pick which calendar(s) to read busy times from
- Pick one calendar to write new events to
- Set your working hours and buffer times
Webhooks for custom integrations
If you don't see the tool you need, ClientsPlace offers webhooks and a REST API. Go to Developer → Webhooks to create signed webhook endpoints for events like invoice.paid, project.completed, or client.created.
