Booking and Calendar Setup

Configure your booking calendar, availability, and appointment types for client scheduling.

Set Your Availability

1. Navigate to Booking > Calendar Settings. 2. Define your working hours for each day of the week. 3. Set buffer times between appointments (e.g., 15 minutes). 4. Block out recurring unavailable times (lunch breaks, team meetings). 5. Add specific date overrides for holidays or special schedules. 6. Save your availability settings.

Create Appointment Types

1. Go to Booking > Appointment Types. 2. Click "New Appointment Type" and set the name (e.g., "Discovery Call", "Project Review"). 3. Set the duration (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes, or custom). 4. Choose the location: video call (auto-generates meeting link), phone, or in-person. 5. Add intake questions that clients must answer when booking. 6. Set the booking window (how far in advance clients can book). 7. Enable or disable automatic confirmation emails.

Share Your Booking Page

1. Copy your booking page URL from Booking > Share. 2. Embed the booking widget on your website using the provided code snippet. 3. Add the booking link to your email signature. 4. Share specific appointment type links for targeted scheduling. Clients can view your real-time availability and book directly without back-and-forth emails.
